Colorado mortgage : Thinking about a new house?

Here are some tips if you plan on buying a home in the near future. The
fist thing to come to mind is there is no more 100% loans. The best that
is out their right now is the 97% loan. This loan is the lowest down
payment loan out their right now. Approximately 75% of all new loans are
this type of loan. Colorado Mortgage This loan is brought to you by the
federal government. The loan is by the federal housing authority or FHA
loan for short. The federal government came up with this program in order
to get people into a home easier than other programs. This program has
been around for over a decade. You might not have heard of this loan
before because it was really not needed. Up until a year or two ago. You
could get a 100% loan from most lenders. But because of the mortgage
crisis these loans are no longer available to people. Many people believe
it was because of this loans that we had the mortgage crisis.

So you are going to have to come up with at least 3 % of the home value
on the loan. This does not included the closing cost of the loan all so.
So how much is the closing cost? That is all so going to depend on a few
factors. So of the factors are the cost of the home. How much you loan is
going to cost you. And what type of loan you are going to get. As a
general rule you closing cost are going to cost you about $4500 on a
$100,000. This does not include the 1.5% of the loan amount for the down
payment on your mortgage insurance. This is for FHA loans on houses only.
Sop if we start adding the cost we are looking at $6000 for the just the
closing cost. You can have the seller of the house help pay for this cost
all so. Because the Colorado market is a buyers market many times the
