1. Brochures layouts should be simple.
First, you should know that you do not have to rack your brains out in creating brochure designs. It does not have to win awards really. It just has to work beautifully. 3. Brochures need good quality printing.
Thirdly, a good brochure will always be produced if you print in good quality. People actually judge brochures by their quality. Flimse you can reliably print brochures in your own home or office printer, to really have an easy time in printing, it is best to have them mass produced via a brochure printing company.

Do not keep it too general and or too “dumbbed down,” and don't keep it to technical either for your target readers. Just use the language and tone of your target readers to keep them interested about your brochures..
7. Brochure folding should have a purpose.
Finally, brochures can be folded differently depending on your use. While tri-fold brochures are the most common kind of brochures, other color brochures like French fold brochures, Z-fold brochures and gate fold brochures are used for a variety of design techniques. For example french folds are perfect for brochures with big images such as maps, while gate folds are perfect for more manual like brochures. So depending on your purpose for your color brochures, try to decide on the best and optimal use of the folds, you do not have to use trifolds if you do not want to.
