Prom night is organized in almost every college and that is the time which means a lot to the students. For many students it is the start up when they enter in the social lives and for some it matters much more than this even.. In order to look good, the first thing that comes to your mind is the dress. Getting the dress right is half the battle won. For those with a slim figure, make sure the prom dress completely accentuates your assets. Pastel shades or metallic shades do wonders for a slim figure. You can almost carry off any color but these are colors which will be fair on a toned or a fit body. Again, for those with short legs or a heavy hip, avoid slits and minis. Concentrate on your arms or the neckline and opt for off shoulder gowns with bows near the neck. This design is in vogue now. The idea behind a successful prom ensemble is to make sure that you are wearing something that is comfortable and does due justice to your figure, no matter what it is.
