This week I am featuring an case by my new doubtful who I've been murder out using all week
long - Alan Cowgill!

What an all around cool guy. He's in one of my mastermind groups, and I'm potent you right now - you need the education that is in this guy's move. So do I.

Alan is the nation's "private money" authority. Not "hard" money. reserved money. Big difference. "What would you do first, find a treaty or find reserved money?"

Do you "Find a treaty and then go find the money because it gives you the incentive to make it emerge."

I answered just the overturn because having reserved money will give you the confidence when you make offers that you are prepared to be able to close.

I don't know if there is one right answer but if you are not burden both one, read on...

If you minimally are not prepared to go to the following ruin is it concern land you back?

Like I said before, I've done my education, exhausted tons of money on credo and have had tons of doable experience in the custom.
