Making money online is probably one of the easiest paths to becoming wealthy. It has very major advantages over other more conventional ways of making money.

It is fairly obvious that making money online as a business venture is not going to have the limitations on income that a traditional job has. It has to be said that all types of hourly paid work limit the income of an individual because they can only demand an hourly rate up to a maximum that an employer will pay and there are only so many hours that anybody can work. Even when there is a shortage of a particular skill high wage rates only last for a limited time because employers ensure that more people become trained up in the skill (since they are attracted by the high rates of pay available). Hence the shortage of skilled labour ends and the wage rates eventually fall accordingly.

Unlimited income can only come from the buying and selling of commodities other than an individual’s own labour.

Consumer spending on the internet will continue to rise. Given the direction things are going at the moment, in the future, everything that you do not physically need to be there to buy will be sold on the internet. Consumer shops on the high street that sell many items will completely die out and they will be replaced by shops that provide food and drink or other types of services, or they will become places for people to go and meet. It’s starting to happen as we speak!br>An internet shop does not have to pay rent, rates, fuel bills or shopkeepers wages… In short, for internet shops, the overheads are hardly there at all and so the same profits can be made at a fraction of the selling price.

Making money online can take the form of a business selling one’s, own or other people’s products, and it has major advantages over a conventional business.

Start up costs can be far lower than a traditional business. Some online ventures can be started up with little or even no initial investment. It is not always necessary to have a website to make money online and you do not need to be a “geek” or have a great deal of technical knowledge. Age is not a barrier either and the main qualities required to succeed are the same as those required for any endeavour, such as, the ability to stay focused and refuse to give up no matter what obstacles may be put in your way.

In today’s world most households have a personal computer and access to the internet and this is all that may be required to start making money online. A start can be made whilst continuing a “day job” initially so no need to give up the job until the online income has grown sufficiently.

The safest way of making money online is to start small then re-invest profits and build several different ventures as separate income streams
