Author: robert | Posted: 23.07.20081) Pick your keywords very carefully and make sure you have atop 20 list of powerful keywords that are mentioned throughoutyour site. Don't repeat these more than 7 times per page. Itwill look to spamy to the search engines when there spider botscome to call.
2) Make sure your main keyword is mentioned as close as possibleto the top of your websites homepage. Within the first 300characters is best but don't repeat it twice within the first300. Also try and mention one keyword per header.
3) Keep it relevant! Don't go off topic! As long as your mainkeywords match the content or theme of your site you will rankhigher and get listed quicker.
4) Stick to one theme per site and create 5 content pagesfeaturing articles a month to keep the search engines interestedand your visitors. Pick a keyword related to your sites themeand write a article on it. Do this 5 times a month if possible.It doesn't always have to be a new topic but it should bewritten around a high demand low supply keyword that's relatedto your sites theme.
5) After you have your site ready for the spider bots you shouldsearch sites that are related to your own sites theme and getthem to link to your site. The best way to do this is by typingyour main keywords into the search engines and seeing what siteslist the highest. Write a short email to the top ranking siteswebmasters and state that you have viewed there site and whishto trade links with them. Tell them about something you enjoyedreading on there site and how you would like to link to itthrough your own site. Then ask them to link to a particularpart of your site. Keep doing this over and over.
