To Increase Her Sex Drive, Give Your Love Positive Self Esteem

Your wife's libido is affected by her self esteem.When you want to help her libido, do things to increase her self esteem. You can make your wife feel special in so many different ways. Getting to know her as though you just met can play a major roll. Think of when you had your first date. It is very likely you left no stone unturned to impress her. And I guarantee that the passion between the two of you was at a spectacular level. Her libido was probably at an all time high. Your reason for reading this is neither one of you have to try because you feel so secure in your relationship, the excitement has gone and life has become very "same old, same old." The relationship has become unexciting. Your marriage is experiencing a slump. As a result, her sex drive is in the dumps

Her self esteem is dependent on being accepted. Unconditinal acceptance of your wife will improve her self esteem. Work on changing your thoughts to how you can love her more. Doing so will make her comfortable and help her grow. Her libido will improve as she feels more and more acceptance and love from you.

This is your opportunity to stir things around and to get your creative "make my wife swoon" juices going. It all starts with small romantic ideas.

1. Look at her face-to-face and say "I love you," then hug and hold her for a while.

2. Leave her a message on a sticky note which simply reads "I love you" in a place you are sure she will discover it.

3. When you see her, take note of how beautiful she is, and remind her of it.

4. Something as simple as brushing her hair will truly wow her; gently stroke the brush through her hair and she will let you know how she likes it.

Note: Keep in mind that you are doing this for her - with no expectations.

5. Take notice of her morning habits, such as how she prepares her morning coffee, breakfast, or juice, and take care of it for her, starting the next day. With only 5 minutes a day you will see big results in the future. (If she says it's not right, let her know you'll take it into account, and change the way you prepare it. 6. Give her a break by taking the kids out one night to a show or to visit family. She'll be so excited.. If she is comfortable planning it for another day, let her know that you are flexible and to just let you know when it works best for her.

7. Set a romantic mood, run a bath, make a nice glow with candles, prepare a relaxing drink. Allow her to relax, with no interruptions whatsoever. Don't make her guess about your motives. Let her know that this is for her and that she can depend on you for help at any time, for any need. Proceed only after she makes contact with you or moves on herself. Again a reminder, focus on her.

8. Burn her cherished songs on the CD for her.

9. Convey your feelings by sending a card chosen with care and along with the words written on the card add your own words of how she is constantly in your thoughts.If there is anything else you want to say to make her feel special, say it.

These are only a few of all the things that can be done. There is the possibility that curiosity will strike and she will inquire as to why you are doing this. Simply reply to her that you are working on becoming more attentive to her because you feel lucky to have her in your life.

These actions should be taken not for yourself, but to make her feel loved, special, and generally better about herself as a person. The most important person in your life and who will continue to be eternally is your wife; do special thing to make it known to her. This is pleasure and NOT work. Note that her happiness is the result of your actions and take pleasure from her smile, knowing that you are the cause. She will approach you with more trust, more open conversation, and with added passion. The fire you feel will increase with time - along with her libido.
